Bio

Sabina Magnus is an artist based in Brooklyn, NY. With over 25 years of teaching experience, has been sharing her practice in clay to hundreds of students over the years. In her own more recent work she has been explorinng botanical life, seed pods, leaves and flowers. Exploring their forms in clay, thier tactile quality is integral to Sabina's work That comes from years of making functional ware where feel is an important consideration when making things for use. She recieved a BFA from Parsons School of Design and enjoyed a career in graphic design. Sabina has shown her work in galleries, retail settings and has work in private collections.
